Quotes and link shortening don't work properly for me.

For link shortening I follow the instructions but get this [url=http://www.motorhomefacts.com/ftopic-new-78.html]like that[/url]

The "like that bit is when I try to put in a page name.

I am sure this is problem with my computer. I use Chrome for browsing, any advice appreciated, Alan.
