I think something or somebody is trying to tell me something Shocked

Responses I get from postings some are considered ordinary E-mail and some are considered 'junk' Anyone know why this is happening. I'm using an Imac with LION Shocked

Our emails seem to end up in the junk file for no apparent reason too. We use Outlook, but I routinely have to check our providers email repositry to weed out perfectly acceptable emails which get stuck in the junk mail. Sometimes they are replies to emails that I have sent and are in our address book or, even more oddly, sometimes they are deemed acceptable sometimes not. Think there a gremlin loose somewhere.
