We often have an alternative to Bacon & Egg which is quicker and easier to prepare.
It is Boiled egg, accompanied with Chorizio and toast.
easy to prepare and very tasty to eat. yum yum
Give it a go
We like it so much that we even have it at home and this year on tour we brought lots back.

Hi.
Any Mh,C/v,Tenter,should be BARRED!!! from CL's/CC&C sites,if their bacon has not got the "Red Tractor" on the packet!. I will be contacting East Grinstead first thing monday morning and drawing this ,slipping of moral standards to this post.
I would bet good money, you were one of those campers who cooked bacon and eggs in the morning, just to flood the campsite with aromas that made the taste buds go into overdrive! SHAME on you!.
Gearjammer!.

You have to cook it outside on the grill to get the best results. Loddy
A man with a finely tuned palate I see!
Mrs Zeb makes a delicious chorizo casserole in the slow cooker, and we sometimes eat it with chips!
No ordinary chips though. Does anybody else do this . . . .
When we go to the chip shop (not toooooo often, I quickly protest!! ) we always buy too many chips, and freeze the half we don't eat.
When we want chips "at home" we unfreeze and separate the chips (they tend to freeze into big lumps) and fry them at 190 degrees in the deep fat fryer . . . . but not for very long.
Keep an eye on them and do the "bite test" frequently, and you will have really crisp and crunchy chips which are as light as a feather.
not forgettingh to put said grill right by the edge of your pitch to give out maximum wind controlled pleasure to all those other campers, to remind them to have a proper breakfast.
