I have recently experienced slow reload times when posting, anything upto 20 - 30 seconds, a couple of times the page has not loaded at all, and needed to hit the retry button.
anyone else experiencing this?
I have a good upload and download speed (Just checked)
The forum was slow last night (relative to normal), around 10.30PM using Atomic Browser on an Ipad1 on FTTC Broadband with no other issues on other sites.
It would paint the header and rest of the furniture, but the message content lagged by (say) 10 seconds, to then arrive in one instantaneous burst.
The Ipad is normally slower than other browsers I use on a PC, and you can usually see it building long pages in real time, but this was a strange effect.
Same here dave.... ie8 os xp.... all other sites seem to be fine.... one clue is its better on firefox.... on my mac is also a bit slow started to notice it around 22:00 last night...
Slow here. Status bar (Chrome on OS X) says "Sending request", and then will often time out (30s). Re-requesting the page will sometimes bring it up straight away. Very flakey.
All other websites fine and normal.
