swift sundance fresh water tank access cap

Has anyone had a problem with the black access screw cap on the top of the fresh water tank cracking. I have a Swift Sundance. 2007. When I asked my dealer for a price on a new cap it was £60 + vat. What a rip off, as the cap is only 125mm diam x 30mm deep.
I contacted Swift and they have confirmed the price is correct.
I found out from another dealer the same type of screw cap for a CI is only £8.45 - something very wrong with Swift's spares prices ! Sad

Only one word to describe that: outrageous ! There is nothing at all that can justify charging that price. Even £8.45 is a bit steep. We bought a basic black plastic waste container for £8 and the screw cap is the same type and roughly the same size.
