Sounds OK at first glance.

"All our tanks come with high quality 80% automatic shut off valves for filling and many of them having the facility of a real float driven gas contents gauge with many having the ability of retrofitting a remote LED gauge to see the gas level whilst inside the vehicle."

and this . . .

"We are also able to offer this bottle with a direct on to bottle fillpoint so you don't need to have a remote fillpoint fitted to your vehicle and makes this item fully portable and easily refillable."

. . . sounds good for those who don't want an external filler point.

Not heard of them before, so it really is "first impressions" . . . I would certainly want a closer look if I didn't already have a Gaslow bottle. These are quite a lot cheaper.

well done Peter, you just beat me to posting about those.they do an 11kg bottle as well.I am thinking about having one at first plus a calor bottle.as I have nowhere to fit an external filler.
I am going to check with local lpg to see if they will allow filling of those bottles first though.

well for an 11kg bottle with a level indicator and a filler adaptor the price is £137.81
that seems fairly reasonable.
will ask on monday about filling.

If these could be supplied with a Standard POL connector (like calor propane). They could be just what I am looking for.

With or without a remote filler.

I like the idea of the twin cylinder alu cans.

But may get problems with some suppliers when you come to open locker to fill up.

I enquired about pigtails needed and got this reply,
Thanks for the enquiry and showing interest in our gas it products

Our refillable bottles and underneath tanks come with a 109 outlet ( like all uk refillable brands )that is known as a butane nut, so if your pig tail is currently a propane (UK pol ) type then you need to order either a new pig tail, or a adaptor to convert a pol regulator to a butane 109 nut.

We sell refillable bottles from the same manufacturers and same spec as the gaslow yellow bottles, although ours are red and cheaper, up to complete gas tank systems.

This is the link to our gas it webshop on our website where the adaptor is for more info and prices. http://gasit.co.uk/cubecart/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=94

Also what might be of interest is our on bottle fill point which simply screws on to any refillable bottle and allows refilling without the hassle of remote fill points. http://gasit.co.uk/cubecart/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=102

If its a help we have a forum specifically on refillable gas systems and tanks. The members of this forum ( its free to join ) get extra discounts and offers through out the year.

http://gasit.co.uk/forum/

By the way, we close on the 16th of december for our christmas holidays, so myself and all our staff can spend a little extra time this magical time of the year with their families.

Hope this info all helps.

Drop me a further email or call me should you need anything clarifying.

Kind regards,

Nick.

hope this helps.

They do seem to be a good supplier. Not always the cheapest:

http://www.gasproducts.co.uk/acatalog/Gaslow_Refillable _Cylinders___Accessories.html with no delivery charge. I have found Hamiltons to be reliable as well.

But certainly cheap in other things you may be interested:

http://www.gasit.co.uk/cubecart/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=94 instead of a new pigtail.

The only place that I know that does:
