Wiper blades for Hymer

I have a hymer B630 (Merc - sprinter) which has three windscreen wiper blades. The middle one has / is perishing. Looking at the part number on the blade it is :
1070113 volvo 473 109.045

I went to halfords in the hope of getting a replacement but unfortunatly they did not recognise the number.
Does anyone know what make and modle will do the job?

Try onloine for some truly value for money wipers.

I bought some of the new (floppy!) type for a Fiat X2/50.

In Halfords over £30, on line a £tenner and carriage free.

And they fit perfectly and are as good as the originals.

The sellers should have a selection system which will guide you to the correct units,

These are a standard Volvo truck wiper that will do the job. Be aware that they are slightly longer than the originals so you MUST ensure you overlap them correctly, otherwise they will bind when you switch them on. (Has the advantage that they reach almost to the top of the screen.)

Volvo part number 20826597

n.b. you will not get these, or the original length version, from a car parts dealer - and certainly not Halfords. Go to a commercial vehicle service centre / supplier.

Also, do not be tempted to fit car wiper blades as an alternative. The rubber is thinner and the metal frame will scratch your windscreen at the near side.

Put your base vehicle details into the box on the Euro Car Parts website. They may have them as they do commercial vehicles.
