If you cannot add your address due to different types of postcodes, just email them. I asked for mine a couple of weeks ago by email and the reply is here.
Thank you for your email. The Best Deal Camping Card is free. Please send me your address and we will send you the Best Deal Camping Card together with the free guide Camping Navigator.
We do not have an English Camping Navigator yet, so I hope you can manage to figure out how our system works.
With kind regards,
Kosmos Campingwijzer

Given that the thing is free, and there are some within the scheme that have been dropped from 2012 ACSI, I hope you find it useful

Many thanks for the heads-up! I managed to fill in the online form by just entering 10000 (or something like that) in the postcode box. I then included my actual postcode after entering the city I live in. Also added 'UK' in the same box. The form appeared to work OK (had to mess about with the postcode box a few times first however).
I reckon they should be able to work it all out. Additionally, I sent an email with a query about one of the campsites listed as 'naturist' in Italy, and which I don't think is. Mentioned I'd applied for the Best Deal Campingcard online, so we'll see what transpires.
My card and book arrived yesterday - as promised - totally free of charge. The book is in Dutch but a glance at the index and a flick through the pages, and you can work out what you need.
Not as comprehensive as ACSI but there are two sites in it that we use that have vanished from ACSI - perhaps that is saying something about non Dutch guests!
A bit more info on my blog page but given that the book is free, there is nothing to lose as I see it.
