How do I convert a .kml (Googlemap) file to a .ov2 (Tomtom) file?

I have POIEdit, just can't figure out how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Senility strikes again . . . I saw your query earlier and when you said POIEdit I stupidly thought you meant the Richard Davies converter. (or to be more accurate - I didn't think! Embarassed )
