I brought a 15w. one over from the states and found it a waste of time for the car let alone a motorhome.
I would think at least 90 to 130 watt panel would be needed to maintain any van and leisure batteries.

I know this not going to be popular with some posters....
we have had a briefcase solar panel like that for several years, we used it throughout last winter (remember how cold, dark and dismal that was?) with the van in a Devon public car park with an unobstructed view to the South.
BOTH the vehicle and the leisure battery remained charged while it was attached, but when I knocked the lead off they both went below an acceptable level in just a few days - a week.
BUT you must be prepared to reject it if your set up does not allow South facing.
I now have it on the MH in Southern France, facing SE and both batteries remain VERY healthy.
So it does depend on where you are..........

The one on Ebay may be OK to charge some NiCads for the camera but as much use as a chocolate fireguard for keeping a set of MH batteries topped up over winter.
I have found than the minimum sized panel to enable a MH to wild camp over summer is 80 watts and this size of panel is adequate during winter layup to keep both leisure and starter batteries topped up without worrying about it.
I use an 8 watt panel (from Maplin). It keeps my vehicle battery topped up fine. I have the pre X2/50 Fiat and do not have any drain on the vehicle battery though.
I sometimes just prop it up on the bench seat and a few hours of sunlight through the large side window is enough to keep it topped up.
