Happy New Year to everyone

I have a Digital Oyster Caro with the Oyster Freeview receiver which I think is brilliant, but I can't get the EPG to work on any of the channels. I have tried everything listed in the manual but the list stays empty, is this a common thing or do I need to do something different to the book?

Any help would be appreciated

Unfortunately, EPG is not available on Astra 2 via the Oyster receiver (only with Sky or Freesat box). It will however show "now and next" on most channels.
