Anyone know their way around Google Chrome at all?

I've installed it on one of my PCs because IE was throwing a wobbler and ballooning to using 6-700M of memory all the time.

The only thing is it seems to be a bit lazy with its page cache. If I go into a thread, then back out having read it, the list of threads goes back to a cache of what it was when I entered the thread rather than reloading from t'internet (i.e. any posts made while I was looking at the thread aren't recorded, and it shows last post as being a few minutes ago).

Any idea how to adjust the settings on Chrome so it doesn't cache, or has a time-to-live on the cache of e.g. 1 minute?
