You do not say which model of Mercedes you have. If it is of any help I purchased a spare wheel for my Sprinter from www.247spares.co.uk. They were very quick and efficient.

Scrap yard will be MUCH cheaper than a new tyre and rim. Just examine it carefully for damage etc before parting with yer dosh!!!

Remember its ONLY going to be a spare thats used IF you get a puncture. A new tyre will run out of "life" Loooooong before its worn out so why not buy a cheaper one from a scrappy, yes you might need to bin it a bit earlier but you will be paying MUCH less for it in the first place Surprised

Hi Mike

do you already have a spare wheel slung under the rear ?


I assume your Sprinter has 6 wheels so if you already have a spare then you will only need to buy 5 rims ,

so 6 rims with summers on & 6 with winters which ever set your not using one of those could be the on board spare wheel


have you tried Eurocommercials in Bridgend you may get a good discount for 5 or 6 new rims
