Has anyone else noticed a change in the arrangement of the above website, once you have logged in as a member. I put in two dates for Chertsey (arriving and leaving) 4 days. A message came up saying your stay must be for more than 2 days. This was repeated in big lettering 4 times. Whats going on. Used to get a graph up of what was booked-available Confused

I noticed changes in the search facility when I logged on yesterday but not the one you mention. It's possibly a bit simpler but also puzzling because it wasn't what I expected. They wanted to know what dates we wanted and the width as well as the length of our van at an early stage in the search process. Putting in the dates was quite helpful as it avoided them showing me places not open this time of the year, but it could have been a nuisance if I was just doing a search out of general interest.

Are you sure you put in the correct dates
Just done a test booking and no problems
I have had the problem in the past where some sites require a minimum of 2 nights which is a pain if touring.
But if you ring the site direct, and they have a pitch you can stay 1 night Confused

I hate the new search features.
Usually I like to brows areas, just put in a town and look at what sites are nearby.
Now you have to put in your rig type, width, length, which is a pain

I haven't looked recently, but some sites do have a minimum stay - I've had that message a few times in the past.

They changed the booking system in November, the 28 day grid is not something they can do apparently with the new system, something that I thought was essential.

When you do book, they send the confirmation by post, what a total waste of money.

Yes, I too find the new system far less helpful - the 28 day grid was very helpful before to see availability on a more flexible basis.

I was visiting the website in order to search for a CS but you still have to go through their system

(didn't mean to thank you, I meant to quote, but I don't begrudge it Laughing )

I think the new site is dreadful, the 'oops there is a problem' comes up so often, I have many times just given up and rang them instead. the operators say they are aware of the problems but this has been going on for almost 2 months now and no sign of sorting it.
If you have problems, ring them and tell them and ask to speak to customer service. Once I had to tell them what I was trying to do and get them to do it online at the same time so they could see the actual problems. If you don't tell them, it will never get sorted.
And having to enter length, width, height every single time is a right pain, the old site remembered your outfit.

Hi All,
I booked two UK Club sites recently on their website. Although it stated i would receive an e-mail confirmation, i received nothing. The booking history system isn't working either, so if you don't print or "copy" you have no receipt.

The C&CC did eventually, send me an e-mail at my request and also a receipt by post.

Clearly they need to sort out all these problems urgently.

sennen523.
