We are considering a 2 week tour of France including the Normandy Landing Beaches and taking our dog with us. We have a 10 year old Rottweiller and have just found out that many sites do not accept category 2 dogs. Has anyine any knowledge or experience of any good sites in the Normandy Beach area that we may stay with our dog?

Also, just before we tour France we are hoping to visit the Bastogne area and would appreciate any info on good sites in that area too. Thanks

The aire at Arromanche is an ideal stop over.
Its right in the town which is D-Day themed every where.

Thank you. We intend to stay 3 or 4 days in the area. Is that possible at an Aire?

This aire is very popular, there is another on the cliff top which is larger and quieter. Should be ok there for several days.
