Help - I've mislaid the instructions to update my ICampsites USB and now planning our trip to France. Can someone please direct me to a link for this.

Basically you plug in your USB stick, bring up the software, click on update (bottom left hand corner) and DO NOT REMOVE THE STICK UNTIL IT SAYS UPDATE COMPLETE and you've closed down the software - even if it takes ages.
I have read the user guide, used the login settings and the account has been verified but when I click on Update, it says 8034 campsites and last updated on March 14 2011, and below that No Updates, even though I have tried several times to update.
What am I doing wrong, I must be missing something?

You're right it does take a long time, I started the update at 11.00 am and was just about to give up when I checked and it had finished at 1.35 pm. Now updated to 8679 campsites.
Spoke too soon! Got the thing updated, clicked on France map, then Basse-Normandy. It said 85 campsites available but now can't get it to show the list in any form. Have sent an Email to help desk but has anyone else any idea what could be wrong.
