I have a CAMOS dome, but they are similar. I have the largest size available - 40cm - and I know that mine works well in Spain. The previous owner had it fitted specifically because he spent half the year there, and had no problems.
Yes it will work in Spain, but you are limited by the footprints of the satellite your attempting to watch. For example, the further west and south in Spain you go, you will lose the 2D (BBC/ITV) and 2North beam - (see www.lyngsat.com for footprints for Astra2 28.2E)
Basically, it wont leave you without anything to watch, but an open dish system such as the seeker 85 will give you greater distance into Spain for 2D and North beams.
I think it unlikely that you will get Astra 2D as far south as Denia with a dome.It would be possible to receive the southern beam with limited channels. The link below illustrates the footprint for 30cm and 40cm domes.
I am going up to the Denia aire tomorrow, there is bound to be someone with a dome so I will see how well it works. I say this as frequencies have changed quite substantially since my last visit but we used to get better reception on the wind ups and flat systems than the domes however wait a couple of days and I will have the answer. You will not get BBC thats for sure but may get ITV1 central south on its new free to air frequency. I can certainly get it in Torrevieja which is much farther down the costas on my kathrein dish, watch this space
Well I have just been to both Denia and Calpe aires and not one van with a dome system. There are quite a lot of brits in Calpe but all have Oyster ,Maxview etc dishes so will be picking up ITV1 if they have the correct frequency but no BBC. So Amydan just get down here and we will see what you can pick up but I will be surprised if a dome is much good in this area. If there is something you are desperate to watch I can record it and then you can watch it if I plug my recorder in to your TV. very easy to do
You should easily get both 2a and 2b south beams on the Dome - I get them ok on my Sky Minidish I have here!!!(20kms north of Denia)
You may just about get one of the eurobird beams OK.
The other eurobird beam can be tricky even on an 80cm dish.
Astra 1n, which currently has the two ITV1 Centrals, Fives, and C4HD, did not come in Gandia Denia Moraira Calpe (my area, so I have tested this out when 1n wentup!) on an 65cm dish, however an 80cm dish was fine so I doubt you will get 1N on a 40cm system

If you need to watch normal sky tv on Astra 2D that far south you will have to invest in a larger dish,at least 85cm and preferably with autoskew.
For Denia you need a min of a 1.8m dish for decent Astra 2 signals....you will NOT get Astra 2d in Denia on an 85cm dish, and a 1.25m dish gets it for an hour or two late morning.
