hi
hope someone can explain, our present m/h as a 175 lt fridge/f, and our previous a 112 lt. i assume the larger capacity is going to use more gas ??. we are wondering how much more, we go to europe and have always managed with the bottles we take, are we going to need more.
or worse still come home sooner.

I think the larger fridge will use up-to 380g a day.

I think the amount extra used will be negligible, as you know its the heating, hot water etc that uses the bulk of gas.

Paul.

I very much doubt that you will notice much difference, the amount of gas used by the 'fridge does depend on how hot the weather is, if the summer is anything like recent ones, you will not need much gas IMO.

Agree about the earlier comments about the approximate amount - the CC give about the same figure, but it is variable.....

The hot water system takes most gas to operate.....
