Reverse Cam into Sat Nav

Hi, I'm think of plugging my reverse camera into the Sat Nav input.

Can anyone tell me what happens to the function of the sat Nav when an AV input is used?

I want to have the reversing camera displayed all the time. At the moment I only have a reversing picture on the Pioneer unit in the centre of the dash and it's a bit out of the line of sight.
