I have purchased the 2012 ACSI dvd but when I put it in my laptop it downloads the files but will not bring them up as a programme. Has anyone else had this problem please?

I am on Windows and have received my DVD last week and it works well have worked out our route already.
If you have windows try loading it again, it does take a while to load.

lib Good glad you got it sorted. It is an excellent DVD this is my 3rd in 8 years. You really do not need a new one every year as very little changes except for the Camping Card details and you can link to the up to date site through the Disk program.
I was lucky this year as I posted 2 or 3 reviews on the Camping Card Site and I won a DVD as a result. I was chuffed as mine wanted renewing. Cheers Dianne
