Hi All
Just joined MF and have owned my Autosleeper Inca since May 2010.
Our first go at 'motorhoming' after 6 years with caravans. We spend the long winters in the sunshine of our permanent caravan in Spain and use the Inca to tour. The best of both worlds. We have toured France, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany and of course Spain & Portugal in our Inca and hope to do Germany and Poland this year on our way back to the UK. We try and keep fit by walking, cycling and swimming and can thoroughly recommend the winter sunshine of Spain to anyone who is not sure what to do with their retirement.
If anyone has any ideas about a Rear View Camera that has stopped working I would be grateful.
Myinca. Smile

Welcome Myinca. I am sure someone will be along shortly to help with your query. If not, try posting a question in the Tech Met section.

Hi and welcome.

I had a problem with the rear view camera due to the plug working loose in the unit on the dash.

I got round this by gently bending the pins (ever so slightly) in the plug, this makes it a tighter fit and the vibration of the van does not work it loose for months.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome and suggestions regarding my rear view camera. I have removed it and 'wiggled' it but nothing happened. I have also had the dash to bits and checked the connections on the little module thingy - I think I will have take it to the experts when I get back to the UK in June.
Thanks again,
Myinca.

Hello and welcome.

I know zilch about rear view cameras but am curious about your "permanent caravan" in Spain - that, combined with your MH sounds a perfect combination.

Tell us more about the caravan set up.

Hello Tony

I am en route to Thailand for three weeks so just a short reply. I will contact you again with details of what we are doing in Spain as soon as I can get to a computer again. Sounds like you are already in a good place.

Regards, Myinca
