Hi Everyone

I'm looking at getting a gas BBQ and have narrowed it down to the MarcO grill 3000 or the Weber Q1000.

Both run of camping bottles as standard and require an adapter to run off a normal 11kg propane bottle.

Does anyone know if the adapter which screws into the bbq is the same on both bbq's? as the weber one seems to be a lot more readily accessible.

Also has anyone tried both and can tell me which they prefer, as I'm a little concerned that neither has either volcanic rock or flavouriser bars to achieve a smokey taste?

Many thanks
