Hi, I was wondering if anyone has ever found a source for getting a motorhome on Contract hire (i.e. like a company car which I would simply pay a fee to have then hand back when the term was up).

The benefits seem pretty good as I could have all the servicing, tyres, tax etc included although I would never actually own the van.

It has worked out alright in the world of cars so I'm sure it should be possible with motorhomes too.

Any advice at all would be great,

Many thanks, Matt

You mean a lease hire contract for say 3 or 5 years after which you would then have an option to purchase or return vehicle.
An interesting idea, what size and type of motorhome would you think of having and what sort of monthly payment would suit your pocket.
If this is too personal then you can email me.

Shocked Remember when you by anything using a hire purchase agreement-not credit sale or bank loan-the company financing it is responsible should the supplier default on reapairs/warranty etc. This applies during and beyond the warranty period wvwn if the loan is longer. Can be useful if you get an uncooperative dealer.
Also using a credit card for purchasing any part of the purchase price so long as the cost of the product is more than £100 and less than £30000. Belt and braces I call it Exclamation
