Hi all you Frankia enthusiast
We are seeking a dealer either here in the UK or mainland Europe where we can view a large selection of new Frankia models. We are not far from Hymer UK with all models available to view however our query is there similar for Frankia in the UK ? We are very much settled on the product (Frankia) and now ready for hands on inspection. Would prefer to visit a specific dealer with a large range rather than risk sensury overload at Dusseldorf....thanks in anticipation......Crindle.

Hi Crindle,

I have got a fantastic dealer in Germany where we have bought our last 3 motorhomes. I have recomended him to somebody else on MHF and he just bought one from him aswell. Which model are you looking for???
Let me know and I see what he has got at the moment.
The dealer is based between Dortmund and Hannover and is totally reliable.

Kind regards

Maddie

Hi Maddie

Well why not tell us all who he is then and let everyone benefit from your good experiences? Always helpful to know which dealers play a fair hand, especially in Germany where info is not so freely available.

Hi Gaspode,

Did not mean to be so silly but have been doing and forgetting these things since my operation !! My son calls me " the junkie" now as I was on heavy morphine !! Embarassed
The website is http://wohnmobile-guetersloh.de/
Go to the menu on the left and press verkauf then fahrzeuge and then to the right externen Link. This will give you everything that he has got in his yard but as he is a Frankia/ Adria dealer, he can get anything you like
When you ring up, you want to talk to Marco as he speaks some English.

Hope this helps, otherwise let me know if I can be of any help with translations, etc.

Kind regards

Maddie

We have ordered from Spinney's, hoping for delivery May. Other dealer is Cranhams. Yes NEC soon they will both be there(share a pitch.
Clicked on that website, but you seem to have to register before you can get any info!! Depends whether you would rather go abroad or have a dealer her in UK that you can take your van back if any problems, not that we expect any with the price of them, but they are quality (compare with other vans?)
If you click on Frankia at the good of the MHF forum page you will have other frankia owners input( sparce on the ground)

Just a little explanation : after you have done the " verkauf" and "fahrzeuge" lyou'll find immediately to the right and written in black a couple of sentences with on the first line " externen Link"
I tried to copy it but does not work, sorry Rolling Eyes
Hope this clears it up.

Kind regards

Maddie

Hi Maddie & Other's

Thanks indeed for your inputs. We are aiming for a new Frankia Luxury or even Kings class if it fits. Which brings us back to hands on inspection including even a test drive prior to purchase (Is this to much to ask before parting with mega cash ?) WHERE do we facilitate such ? Spinney inform us they won't be at NEC as they have sold all their 2007 allocation of Frankia's. Been somewhat disappointed as they have yet to return several phone calls made earlier this week, but we live in hope. Have'nt tried Granthams yet........regards.....Crindle.
