How long is a piece of string**

What type of site
What location
What country
What facilities

The best answer I could give from experience is between £5 (farm) and £20. (all singing all dancing site on the med)

Can you be more specific?

**Twice as long as the distance from the end to the middle

The honest answer is I don't know, it will be a motorhome on hookup, quieter sites with basic amenities(shower & toilet). Is it worth joining one of the camping clubs.

Yes it is best to join one or both of the major clubs.the cl's are owner operated small sites of up to 6 pitches, mostly basic.some have shower facilities.the cost can be from £5.50 to a holiday site with entertainment can cost you £25. but this is for two people.Or you can go down to the New Forest and pay £10 without hook up and relax with the ponies and cattle as they wander past your door.

We paid £12.50 a couple of weeks ago on Greenacres site in Porthmadog with hookup, its a Haven site with the usual things one can expect from them, it depends on the time of year as well, it would probably cost a lot more in peak season, although they do have offers on, Paid £8 with hook up on a basic farm site with only waste disposal and water, it does depend on what you want, and can vary quite a lot.
