have a 5.5 m awning and the new gearbox for the winder attachment arrived today, does anyone have any hints and tips for changing over the gearbox

does the white end cap just lever off with a screwdriver?

got a parts list photo but just wonderd if anyine has changed one and has some useful advice / tips
