Hello you helpful lot

Doesn't everyone have this problem?

The wider the concertina blind the more difficult it is to fold back into place.

We have particular difficulty with the one across the wide dinette window but also the upright ones across the windscreen (Hymer B564) and the one above the kitchen sink.

It seems to be that the further away they are from the guides the more likely it is they will crumple up as you try to close them. You are then left to stroke them into place or, fondle them crease by crease back into a concertina shape.

Has anyone tried spraying them with starch when half closed - to restore factory newness?

Or any other tips?

Thanks

Harry

Not heard of this one before but it seems like a good idea. I can't contribute anything but am watching this thread. We're new to concertina blinds and I have my doubts as to how long they'll last. They do seem a bit flimsy to me.

Hi

To cover all angles, I find the Remis blinds very flimsy and not robust. Conversely, the habitation blinds have been used daily for the last 6 months and are faultless.
