I think the key is tastefulness. Carefully crafted open crotch panites with peek a boo bra would for example be fine, breasts exceeding 44H would keep the balance of art versus tastey.
But lets' face it. Pusser, you wouldn't look very nice in open crotch pants and a peekaboo bra, no matter how tastefully done? Do they do them in the M&S menswear (XXL)?

That is not the impression I got when I was on HMS Juno. I was sought after admittedly only by 3 badge FA Stokers
What gets me is you can talk about peephole bras etc but if you use an anglo saxon word such as sh1t and replace the 1 with an i all you get is ****
