This is question no 2 of the day after our first trip in our M/H, we are gonna have a TV receiver fitted to our Roller Team 700, just not sure what type, make, model, satellite, dome etc etc any advice would be great.

hi tom as ive said before we have the same van as you and ours has the status 530 i think Embarassed which is good and ive never even had to move it to get a signal (thats when i use it) i normaly just put the sky dishout site on the tripod if we are staying a while. what i would get if i could afford is a dome or an automatic dish

Two things to look out for...
How far South (or North) may you wander. If in the Algarve you may want a bigger dish whereas in the UK a small one will do.
Automatic is very nice. We have an Alden 90. But if in sunny countries they are so anxious to have shady trees. a roof-top dish cannot always get a clear line of sight so all the phaff of playing with a tripod mounted one can be worth it Wink
I am sure others will have more advice...
