This work looks suspiciously like Artona's. Shocked Brill pics though of a very clever man unburdoned by Health and Safety, VAT and imported labourers.

Perhaps the wives / mothers of the men who died on his projects would have a different opinion on him being unburdoned (sic) by 'Health and Safety'.

He did not have to concern himself with labour. That was provided by the contractor. But a lot of labour was imported, mostly from Ireland.
