Hello,

There is a 1988 Ford Iveco horsebox that is for sale that I like very much. It has a 4.2 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine and 5 speed manual gearbox with 167k miles.

Julie and her Hubby have been very helpful sharing their experience of this vehicle.

I was wondering if any other MHF members can offer any advice to the reliability and other issues surrounding this vehicle? I have been told that the cabs are very prone to rust but this one is very well cared for. What is the best mpg fuel return I am likely to achieve on a steady run?
