For us the memorable bits were the Plitvice (spelling) lakes and the coastal drive north of Zadar.

It's a long drive to get there but worth it. Through Switzerland and across northern Italy from Milan to Trieste and then through Slovenia.

Most enjoyable camperstop at Trieste. A little unusual not much of a view, unless you like industrial views. It is free for 72 hours, with water and waste disposal. But what we like most about it is that its under a bridge and as its currently raining here there is no tap tap of rain on the motorhome Smile
