just in case you don't know the alternative phone number for Sky instead of the 0870 try this number and wait for the menu 00353 8187 19819.
It does work I just had to use it.

I was going to say, is that a Uk number? Maybe it could be cheaper on some tarrifs to pay to connect to Ireland, rather than 0870 Embarassed

When I called it was a Scottish lass that answered, also 45 minutes on the phone work that out at 10p per minute.
