Hello,

I have just set up a Globesat 60cm with the SL65 receiver (as per above brands).

I was looking for some feedback of what type of Signal Strength % and Signal Quality strength you get with yours?

i.e I am getting 95 % Strength and circa 78% Quality on mine. I am unsure if this is a standard type reading with this box or if I am indeed losing Signal Quality.

Thanks in advance.

On Astra 2 I am getting around 85 for signal strength and 85-90 for quality.
As long as you get a picture and it is not breaking up then thats fine.
Good little receiver and easy to set up except when you have to delete all channels and start again with a multi sat system.

Martin.

Both signal and quality can vary on different channels.. Some you may get high and others a lot lower. This will also change depending on where you are located or another site you move to..

Dont waste to much time about it..

If it's got break up then just re-adjust the dish to improve the signal and quality as best you can...Whenever possible try to get the best quality that you can.. If you have a working picture then Bingo..
