In view of the recent topic re sky card not working. Has anyone taken their Sky + box with them to France. We always have taken the digibox we had before we had sky + and had no problems with receiving the channels. Don't want to go away and find i cannot access Eurosport, as my hubby likes to watch the Tour De France. Anyone got any expereince with this please

We've just returned from a 8week trip to Portugal via Spain and France. We used our sky+ box. No problems with reception in spain or France but a bit hit and miss in portugal. Good luck. Chris

You will not have a problem. If your digibox worked with the same dish as you are going to use with the SKY box, it will work again.
Just bear in mind though, the record and live pause functions will not work fully as a twin LNB is required for some uses.
Don't forget the card as well as the box! Laughing
