A friend of mine has just bought one of these from Marquis. Its an automatic on a Fiat base. Does anyone on this forum have first hand experience of using one and could it have or develop the notorious shudder problems.
I would be interested to hear any comments about the van both good and bad.
Thanks

Joyce

It is claimed that the 'automatic'box does not cause a judder.
Further reports from your friend would be welcome-how about some pictures?

I have the Nivarna OASIS auto fiat duccato, its a pleasure to drive, interior is similar to the CPT with a few modifications i really like the anjustable bed with the garage underneath for storage
i was put off by the cpt because it had a lift that had to be stored inside the vehicle door where the navarna is stored underneath so it does not get in the way plus the upgrade was done due to bits dropping off when Cpt was being driven some thing i didn't fancy one thing i always want is peace of mind when away from home

If you want to compare both give mark a ring at Nivarna motorhome ( sorry don't have the number to hand ) you will find him very help full as hes a SALES MAN LOL
happy hunting

Having had a purpose built motorcaravan in the past with a lift what I feel must be born in mind is the additional weight this entails. I would suggest to anyone interested in purchasing an adapted vehicle and perhaps those who already have one-get it weighed!
