A while back, I bought an Amperor "Versa Power" power supply to use with my Laptop as it can be used with either a.c. or d.c. inputs, with the d.c. output being determined by the end tip.

I now have tips to power my Laptop, Video Camera, Battery Powered Bike (it uses Lithium Batteries), LCD TV and recently one for my new Netbook.

It certainly beats carrying a bagful of Power supplies around Smile

Not the cheapest option, but certainly an convenient one!!!

Very handy bit of kit, I have something very similar but it takes 24v dc which was something i really needed, a little more expensive but i would be lost without it.
