Advice if I may.
If you amend the thread title to better reflect the help you need rather than just 'Help needed' you may have more luck.
Something like '4 speed g'box '87 VW transporter wanted'

This is particularly true if the thread drops off the front page and members are looking at the older threads.

Try looking on a website called VZI or Volkszone(the full name)its a dedicated volkswagon forum,i would be very suprised if you can't find a gearbox on there.
