Hmmmmmm mmmm, I wonder, mind you we all have the chance to wave to each other on here anytime at all with no one watching apart from fellow members.
I don't think I would partipate with the google waves, hope you continue to enjoy keep receiving mine!!!

I don't think that wave is as bad as it sounds, think of instant messaging, i can type a line of text then click enter and that text is sent to anyone else in the chat room, it's not centralised and everybody has a copy of the conversation text on their computer. wave is similar except that the conversation script is held centrally on a server and all people participating are looking at it, instead of typing a line and pressing enter, with wave; when i type a character it is automatically sent to the server and the central document/conversation is updated, when i type the next character the same happens again, other users looking at the document see the changes as they happen. there's nothing on your computer spying on you, so to speak, and people only see what you are entering into the public domain, you can also turn off this real time interaction so that it is more like conventional chat mechanisms, although the conversation is still held centrally.
Lee thanks for taking the time to explain to me I havent really delved enough but Google is becoming very powerfull isnt it as Tezmcd said it was only a search engine and now we have all this.
I would loved to have an invitation and so Im jealous of those that have had the chance --just wondered if any MHF was chosen.
