Hi All,

Went out last night as the forecast suggested the sky would have little cloud. Arrived at Avebury a few minutes after the sun went down Rolling Eyes

However, managed a couple of shots and took one in the dark of the steps. Will hopefully go back tomorrow morning (Saturday) for sunrise. Really want to try and get a good one of the steps.


I love the trees on the horizon falling off the hill on the right, like Lemmings going over the cliff!

Thanks Sonja and Gerald,

I have found that photography is a great passion and I get an incredible amount of pleasure out of it.

I think the steps could be better hence if the weather is OK tomorrow morning I will go back at daybreak.

We are off to the Calne Music and Arts festival tomorrow. Our camera club arranges a display and 10 of my pictures are on display. Not as super as it sounds as we all have lots of pictures up. Nonetheless it still looks good seeing them on the wall.
