Hello
Iam sure there will be a few radio hams (like me) on this forum and of course a motorhome is the ideal tool for a bit of portable workin the warm and dry.
Do any other hams feel that this forum would be better placed for a quick chat about the weekend they just had and to share info? I fing the dedicated Radio Ham forums a bit overwhelming.

It may be that other non hams would find it interesting to hear what we have been up to and which coutries we have recenty "had"

Yes there are a few Radio Amateurs on here, (and CB'rs and users of LP PMR sets) but there is also quite a number of sub forums. Do you really think there would be enough input to justify ?
Remember most of the new postings are trawled by the moderators

Hi Dodger
I dont know if there would be enough input really partly the reason for the posting.

A lot of people have hobbies and interests and browse this forum not knowing there are others who are also like minded so its a case of see if enough people reply i suppose.

Yes i agree it should be titled Radio Comms not ham radio as i first suggested.

I prefer to be a Radio Amateur rather than a communicating piece of pork!
