the intention is once the high resource activity we are doing now (site redevelopment) is concluded to move on to a few new projects for MHF, one of those projects will be a vet database Smile

Hi PatP

Your request is relevant to me right now as I am just finalising our trip to the Alps - Morzine/St Jean D'aulps - and take our dogs for the first time. I'm trying to find out if anyone has used the vet Lawrence LAVANCHY in Montriond and/or what might be my best options for getting our two to the vets before department - ie Montriond/Morzine or in Calais itself?

As usual any advice welcome!

Regards, JCH07

Hi JCH07

You need to post in the Pets section. Lots of advice on there.

We usually use the vets at Ardres which is about 20 mins from Calais. They are situated in the main square and you can park overnight in the square. Beware of Wednesday nights though as the market is on Thursday mornings!

The annoying part is the 24 hour wait (you must book in between 24 and 48 hours of the vet giving the worm and tick treatment) before booking in to the tunnel.

Talking of the tunnel you can park outside the Pet Passport office of Eurotunnel overnight too Very Happy We popped in to ask permission and it was readily given.

Hope this helps but much more info in the Pets section.

Pat
