We're in Spain.

Vision Plus Receiver tuned in and working well. Tonight whilst trying to change channel it suddenly stopped working.

Cannot turn receiver off - infact we cannot do anything.

We've changed batteries in remote.

We cannot get Menu up to retune.

What can we try now?

It's electronic, so it will go wrong. Unplug it from any mains or battery supply, if it has any buttons on the cabinet, press those and hold them once it is unplugged. Plug it back in tomorrow and see if it works. If it still fails, it's your decision. Either get it fixed or throw it away.

We just turned off the 12v in the Mhome for 10 mins and turned back on TV now working again. We like to watch the Premier League football which is shown in Spain also weather forecast.

Again MHF members are there with an answer.
