Meos TV After-sales Service

I have had a Meos TV for a few weeks but lost the sound.

The retailer instructed me to return it to Meos service centre, which is on a trading estate in Rochester, Kent.

I decided to deliver it myself on 16th Feb. I was a bit surprised to find that it consists of just a lady at a desk who is the only Meos employee in the UK.

However she received it and arranged it to be despatched to Germany.

This morning (8 days turnround) it was returned to me by by courier, repaired under guarantee.

EXCELLENT SERVICE for a product which I consider to be competitively priced.

We too have had excellent service from Meos, upon purchase our remote worked intermittently and within 24 hours we had received 2 replacements. Pretty good mistake we thought. The tv works perfectly with our FTA box and Camos crank up.

Hi Snelly

I am sure a competent UK repairer could have done it in less for a charge, but I was going the 'Warranty' route and their repair shop is in Germany. No quibbles from them about the cause of fault etc.

I could live with loss of use at this time of year.
