Smile Buon giorno, yes I can reccomend the Municipal site, just off the ring road, almost in the town centre. Walking distance to the main square and shops. Fairly small, fairly basic, but very friendly and has all you need.
Have lost all the coordinates, but easily found when you leave the autoroute. Open all year round. If nobody at reception just drive in, park up, and pay the next morning.

The campsite in Mons we found ok for a walk to the centre, its in a park and entrance is down a side road.
