the base functionality is all device based i.e. a local database so it should work fine, the bits that won't work with no net connection are as follows:-
1. No automatic updating of new entries from mhf database
2. Wouldn't be able to submit new reviews
Downloading the app right now. We are going away on Wednesday, so I will being trying it out very soon. If it does what it says on the tin, it will be a corker!
Thanks David, a fantastic bit of work, can't understand why some people say it is expensive, you could save the cost on one trip alone by not having to search for an aire or campsite and wasting fuel.

just downloaded to my iphone, seems good except i can't search any town , i have typed in numerous towns (like leeds) but nothing happens.
am i doing something wrong?
