Good Morning to you all 'Happy Easter'
We are planning a trip to Italy in May and would like to travel through Austria on the E45 in our Hymer B584 Classic, under 3.5kg.
Has anybody got up-to-date information on whether we have to do anything special before we leave, or can we just pay a toll and drive through! Any information on costings etc would be most grateful.
Kind Regards
Snowey

Hi

Even though under 3500kg, you will still require a toll sticker. Have a read of this link

http://www.bmvit.gv.at/en/verkehr/roads/vignette.html

Also, many stretches of road have an additional toll to pay, such as the Arlberg Tunnel.

You can buy your vignette at numorous German petrol stations before you get to the Austrian border

There are also special offices on the main border crossings.
