I have heared some really good stories Cool whilst out and about, about this product, has anybody any views, thinking of buying it, usually go the freesat route, but also have freeview intergrated in the T.V.

I've got one & I'm impressed with it. We quite often just mount ours high up inside the pop top roof of our VW T5 - no need to mount it outside, although I do pack a pole & glazier's suction clamp for it just in case. The booster makes a big difference to the signal. Worked a treat at Lakeside Park in Lincoln last week (the kids enjoy Cbeebies at bedtime).

I'm hoping the Freeview signal will vastly improve once the switchover has taken place, so I've decided not to take the satellite route just yet. Our TV has a built-in DVD player which is handy if we can't get a Freeview signal.

There's a couple of threads relating to these aerials on the forum - it's worth a search.

Mark

Ps If you have an Avtex TV (we don't), you can power the booster direct from your TV as opposed to via your cigarette lighter socket.

We used one at Newark... was fine, but did benefit from the use of a signal meter to get the best positioning. Its a bonus that it runs without a power supply if connected to an Avtex set and the booster power function is turned on. Saves you having to have another wire connected to the booster.
