Hi All,

Has any one experienced this before with a autoroller 700? The van is only 1 year old, when on inspection of the seal the Joint has been placed at the top of the door ringht under a hinge !! The rain was pouring into the bottom bunk on Friday night, Does any one know who are the main dealers for Rollerteam in the UK i may try for a repair from them.

We have the 600G and had a similar problem except the rain just went into the garage, we found that it was running off the roof then down the top of the awning which we have a drip strip and fell right on the joint of the door.

Not the hinge side though , it only happens when we park on the drive and the rain is heavy and the seal just can't take the amount.

Not good if raining onto your beds.

You could ring Geoff Cox in Derby I know that they can now order parts direct from Italy and don't have to go through Trigano and this can speed things up. You need to ask for Gavin.

If its only a year old, contact the dealer you purchased it from, is it still in warranty ?

i have a auto roller 700 and have damp on the garage door and on each side of mh just behind where it steps out still waiting for parts from auto roller, tyne valley motor homes are dealing with it there not to far from you

Took the Van to Tyne Valley they have taken the seal off and moved the joint to the bottom of the door, Still waiting for them to get parts for the repair from the break in though !!
