Hi all, do all motorhomes when built have some form of ariel fitted?? On our 2004 Stargazer, when we connect up the TV to the ariel socket, we get no signal, when trying to tune it in...
Although it has a Tv socket, I can see no ariel on the roof?
Do I need to get an ariel fitted?
Also, how do you remove the Tv socket on an Autocruise, as I can see no fixing screws!! I just wanted to see if anything was connect to the socket!
hi,in reply to your question regarding aerial or lack of,we too have a 2004 stargazer which only has the status 315 wich we find is no good for freeveiw so we are having a status 530 digital fitted because we had no signal too,is there a power unit in one of the cupboards above the socket if not maybe they have had a aerial that has been removed for some reason,as for the socket has it got a silver cover on it,if so just lift it at the side and it will come off being carfull as its only plastic,underneath you will find two screws wich when removed will give you access to the back of the socket,i know because i checked ours the other day,hope this helps ,regards chrissy
